Course is fantastic. The pace is great. You're always moving from one thing to another - a poll, input chat, break outs etc. The break out sessions are the best. Getting to talk to others about similar experiences is fantastic.

Maybe because the numbers were so low of those in attendance, but more time is needed learning and recognizing where people fall on the DiSC and how best to work with each team member's "profile" effectively would be helpful. The lessons could be more engaging rather than jumping to scenarios so quickly.

Cassandra was very enthusiastic and kept us motivated throughout the training.She also discussed each one of our points in detail confirming what we intended to say.The models and negotiation strategies discussed seemed very effective and I can see myself using these models in my future meetings and discussions.

I really enjoyed this course overall. I liked the content and thought it was very applicable to real-world situations. The breakout sessions were helpful. I did miss the in-person aspect of other AMA classes I've taken, which seemed to facilitate more questions from students and better conversations between students and the facilitator.

Really liked the coaching models, exercises and content overall in the class. Not sure "from a distance" is necessary in the title. The instruction was really relevant for any situation. Didn't feel that there was too much discussed that was specific to at a distance. BUT that said...all good content and useful in person or at a distance. Thanks!

The information provided is helpful if a bit generic. I believe it would be invaluable for someone just starting out in coaching. As someone who has been coaching for longer than two years, it was a nice refresher, but nothing more.
