    The course surprised me. It was far more relevant than I had thought going in. Liz did well covering material. I typically am not a fan of role play type exercises, but found these to be helpful in applying the material. This is not a course I would recommend to my entire company, but there are absolutely managers I could see finding relevance in this course. Thank you again Liz! Ryan Randall No issues here. Liz was great. We were only a group of 4 and that can be a challenge to keep them engaged, but Liz managed to do so. I would recommend her as a facilitator for any course. I will be providing our Learning and Development Department with an email describing the course and recommending it as a course we take advantage of in the future.

    The class exercises and role exercises allowed me to realize my strengths and weakness and what areas I need to improve, and practice using the techniques I learned from the course.  Liz was very engaging and an excellent facilitator.  She was approachable and personable.

    The onsite catered lunches were good.  It kept the team together during lunches which gave us some time to ourselves to get to know one another.  I haven't had many opportunities to network with people from other fields so it was nice. to get their perspectives.
